Rambutan room

Rambutan is the owner's favorite fruit. The name refers to the fruit hairy skin. This room has a queen size bed and a single bed. This room has a ceiling fan, an aircond, a cupboard and low sideboard. All the batik painting in this room belong to a local artist. This room has a solar light as back up and socket for charging your mobile phone during power cut.

Tarap room

Tarap is a native fruit on this island. This sweet room suitable for one or two petite person. It is equip with ceiling fan and airconditioner plus an open rack to hang your clothes or store your overnight bag.

Mangga room

Mangga is mangoes in Malay. This room has two queen size beds, ceiling fan, airconditioner, a cupboard and a small dressing table with mirror.

Working Area

It was formerly the TV and reading room. We still have books on the shelves for those who wish to switch off from digital world. You may set this space as your work room as there are tables and strategically located power points for devices. This room has ceiling fan.

Common Area

This open concept living room, dining area and kitchen is equip with powerful airconditioner, ceiling fans and solar wall fan. The small kitchen is sufficient for light cooking. Basic crockeries and cutleries are provided. The dining table is for 6-8pax. This area is often use as working space as well. The lounge is an great spot to sit and relax in the aircond during hot and humid day.

Upstairs Bathroom

There is one bathroom upstairs that is shared among the 3 rooms. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, instant water heater, sink, toilet and towel rack. The upstairs guests are also welcome to use the bathrooms downstairs in times of desperation.

Rooms on the ground floor

Nangka room

Nangka is jackfruit in Malay. This room has four super single bed and equip with ceiling fan and airconditioner. There are clothes bars to hang your clothes. There are space to store your cabin size bag under the bed or on the luggage rack. This room is located on the ground floor and easy access to the car park and ground floor shared bathroom and open lounge.

Durian

Durian is famous for being the King of tropical fruit. The old store has undergone a renovation recently. It is furnished with two super single bed, wall fans, aircond and clothes bar. It is easy access to the car park, guests bathroom and the open lounge area. This room is not suitable for a tall person (1.8m +).

Common area

The downstairs common area is a open concept space. It features dining areas, kitchen, barbecue area. Its an area for people to sit, relax and enjoy the serenity of Kota Madrudu.

Downstairs bathrooms

Behind the house, there is a cubicle with three bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and instant water heater. The bathrooms serve both the two downstairs rooms and the upstairs rooms.
